Spiral Staircase

Fabricated spiral stairs for tight floor openings.

Best for

Terraces, mezzanines and shop lofts with no room for a straight flight.

Detail

A spiral stair turns around a central column, so it reaches the next floor in a fraction of the area a straight flight needs. That is usually why it gets chosen: a terrace, a mezzanine or a shop loft where there is no room for a conventional staircase.

Treads, column and balustrade are fabricated to the floor-to-floor height measured at your site. The height decides the number of treads and the rise of each one, which is why a spiral stair cannot be bought to a nominal size.

Handrail and balustrade are made with it, in mild steel or stainless depending on where it sits.

Why this works

  • Reaches the next floor in far less area
  • Built to the measured floor-to-floor height
  • Handrail and balustrade made with it
  • Mild steel or stainless

What about price?

We quote after measuring, because the opening size and its condition change the work. Send a photo and a rough size and we will give you an indication straight away.
